Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-10-26
These terms are an agreement between you and Benediktas Vilius Pučkus, an individual seller based in Lithuania ("we", "us"), for using Revember: the app at app.revember.app and the website at revember.app. By using Revember you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. The service
Revember is a car maintenance tracker. It keeps a service log for your cars, estimates when parts and documents are due, sends reminders, reads receipts and service booklets with AI, and lets you share a read-only service passport.
The Free plan covers one car. The Pro subscription, billed monthly or yearly, adds unlimited cars, AI receipt and booklet scanning, AI-suggested specs and intervals, export and the shareable passport. Plan details and prices are shown on the pricing page before you buy.
2. Accounts
You can use Revember as a guest, in which case your data stays in your browser, or create an account to back it up and use it on several devices.
You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in method secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 to buy a Pro subscription.
3. Payments and Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all customer service inquiries about billing, and handles taxes, payments and returns.
Purchases are made under Paddle's Buyer Terms, available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Applicable taxes are calculated and collected by Paddle at checkout.
Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; see our Refund Policy for cancellations and the 30-day money-back window.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Revember to break the law, to upload content you have no right to share, to interfere with or overload the service, to access other people's data, or to resell or copy the service.
We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these rules.
5. Your content
Everything you add (cars, service records, photos and notes) stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run Revember for you, including sending photos to our AI provider when you ask for a scan.
When you switch on a service passport, anyone with its link can see the service history it shows. You decide when to switch it on or off.
6. Intellectual property
The Revember name, logo, app, website and their design belong to Benediktas Vilius Pučkus. These terms give you the right to use the service, not to copy, modify or redistribute it.
7. Not mechanic advice
Condition scores, reminders, service intervals, suggested specs and anything read by AI are estimates to help you plan. They are not professional mechanical advice and can be wrong or incomplete.
Always follow your car's handbook and a qualified mechanic, check AI-filled values before relying on them, and stay responsible for your car's safety and roadworthiness.
8. Warranties
Revember is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it reliable but don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that reminders will always arrive on time. Keep your own records of important dates.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as repair costs, missed deadlines, fines or lost data, arising from your use of Revember.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Revember in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Revember and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend access if you seriously breach these terms, or stop the service with reasonable notice.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page before they take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the mandatory protections of the country where you live.
